A certified engineer and professional welding technician in Belgium, Tony leads Lusuku with technical insight and vision. He brings hands-on infrastructure knowledge and a deep commitment to grassroots empowerment and education in Uganda and Belgium. 

Founder & Community Health & Outreach Coordinator

A licensed nurse with experience in health education, Aisha heads Lusuku’s health outreach efforts. She organizes wellness clinics, maternal care sessions, and advocacy for preventive health in rural communities. 

Director, Lusuku CBO (Uganda) & Financial Literacy & Enterprise Development Lead

With a background in banking and financial strategy, Julius designs Lusuku’s financial empowerment programs. He focuses on savings, budgeting, and small-business support to uplift youth and women in under-resourced communities. 

Director, Lusuku CBO (Uganda) & Community Engagement Coordinator

Viola serves as one of the directors of Lusuku Community-Based Organization (CBO) in Uganda. With a passion for inclusive grassroots development, she coordinates local engagement, mobilizes rural communities, and bridges communication between Lusuku’s Belgian and Ugandan teams. Her leadership ensures that every project remains people-centered, culturally grounded, and responsive to the real needs of the community. Viola’s dedication to community empowerment continues to shape Lusuku’s vision on the ground.

UK Liaison & Fundraising Coordinator 

Based in the United Kingdom, Maria spearheads our fundraising and partnership efforts within the UK and broader diaspora communities. She leverages her network to connect Lusuku Empowerment with individuals, organisations, and potential sponsors interested in supporting our initiatives. Maria helps organise fundraising events, oversees donor communications, and ensures that our outreach complies with UK fundraising standards. Her global perspective and commitment to social impact are vital to expanding Lusuku’s reach and securing sustainable support for our programmes.
