Lusuku Empowerment VZW is a Belgium-registered nonprofit founded by Benard Tony Muwanga, a certified engineer and technical specialist in destructive materials testing. Built on the belief that sustainable development begins with skilled leadership, Lusuku unites a multidisciplinary team to drive change in both Belgium and Uganda.
Our team includes:
A financial strategist with banking and investment expertise
A licensed nurse leading community health and wellness initiatives
A culinary entrepreneur empowering women and youth through vocational baking
An economist specializing in evidence-based development models
Together, we are committed to advancing education, healthcare, skills development, and inclusive economic empowerment. Through grassroots action and professional collaboration, Lusuku nurtures growth and empowers lives.
Lusuku Empowerment VZW is currently laying the groundwork for our community-focused programs in Belgium and Uganda. Our upcoming efforts will focus on:
Health Education & Outreach: Community health workshops led by qualified healthcare professionals.
Skills & Vocational Training: Technical and entrepreneurial training in areas such as welding, baking, and small business development.
Youth Empowerment: Mentorship programs and career support for young people.
Women's Economic Inclusion: Empowering women through entrepreneurship and micro-enterprise opportunities.
Community Development: Supporting grassroots ideas that promote well-being and growth.
We are actively developing partnerships and seeking support to launch these initiatives in 2025. Our strength is in the foundation, a passionate team, a clear mission, and the readiness to deliver impact.
Be part of something meaningful from the very beginning. Lusuku Empowerment VZW welcomes people and organizations who want to build impact with us.
